I’ve made a booking online – is it confirmed?
No, your booking is treated as a request and is not confirmed until a member of our team has been in touch.

Do you offer work experience?
Yes, we do offer work experience opportunities. However, we can only accommodate one student at a time. Please get in touch for further details.

Are you insured and qualified?
Yes, we are fully insured and DBS checked, with over 7 years of experience. We also hold pet first aid certification and relevant training and qualifications.

How long will it take to receive a reply?
We aim to respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days for a reply.

All services are subject to availability.
A meet and greet session is required prior to starting walking / sitting services, and all relevant documentation must be completed and signed.
